Megan was born and raised in a small town in Maryland. She grew up close to the beach and spent most of her childhood on the water. She attended McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland, where she graduated with a degree in Biology - with thoughts of pursuing a career in medicine. Shortly after graduating, she changed her mind, packed her bags and moved to beautiful, sunny St Petersburg, FL.
Once in Florida, Megan worked for a pharmaceutical company focusing on microbiology, quality control and research and development. She realized that by going to law school she could still help to change the world for the better and keep her passion for science and medicine alive.
Megan graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2014 with a passion for pursuing intellectual property law.
When Megan is not busy protecting her clients' rights she enjoys reading, kayaking and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three small dogs.
The Hurchalla Law Difference
Finding the right attorney for you is critical. Hurchalla Law is set apart from other Intellectual Property firms in a variety of ways. Being a solo practioner allows me to afford my clients the following advantages:
I will personally handle your case; unlike larger firms where you may meet with one attorney but that attorney is not necessarily the one who will be working on your case.
I am able to provide lower cost services since I have little to no overhead compared to larger firms. Additionally, for some services I provide flat fees. Upon meeting you and assessing your case, I may be able to charge a flat fee for your needs. You know what you are going to pay up front and there will be no shocking bill at the end!
I will come to you! Where feasible, if you cannot make it into my office I can come to you. I am also open to using Skype so we still have a face to face simulated in person connection, instead of just working with someone you will never meet over the phone.
Contact me today and you'll see why Hurchalla Law is the right choice for your needs!
